Print Your Screen Capture Print Exactly What You Want

Tired of your screen capture printing the size of a postage stamp? SnagIt 8.2 makes it easy to print screen captures exactly the way you see them onscreen – the right way, every time. Images and scrolling Web pages are readable when printed and retain their original appearance. Also, print settings are now easier to adjust, and SnagIt remembers your last-used settings.

New Screen Capture Callouts New Callout Styles

SnagIt’s two new callout styles, plain and glassy, give you more flexibility than ever in customizing your screen capture. The plain callouts are a little simpler, with less shading than SnagIt’s standard callouts. And, the new glassy callouts are not only cool, but they’re transparent – so they won’t obstruct your view of the words or images behind them.

Save and Organize your Custom Callouts

Screen Capture CalloutsSnagIt lets you customize callout characteristics like size, shape, color and angle of rotation. With the new callout organizer, you can save your customized callouts for reuse in your screen captures again and again. Create categories for your callouts, and organize callouts by dragging and dropping them from one category to another. Your custom categories will appear in the Paint Tools menu with SnagIt’s default callouts, making them easily accessible while you are editing your screen capture.

This is the only application I tried. I have the regular desktop version and it’s an indispensable program. I installed this U3 version on my my Sandisk Cruzer Micro 4gig twice now, and have the same problems both times:
    - It works between 30 seconds and 10 minutes, then crashes.
    - It seems to have this problem more when using the editor.
    - When quitting/closing the program, the green arrow indicator in the U3 menu shows it’s still running.
    - It also keeps ‘running’ after a crash
    - Restarting it leads to multiple instances in the Windows Task Manager.
    - The only way to properly end this program after running and trying to quit (or having it crash) is to terminate it from the Windows Task manager.

It’s nice, but I’m not tempted to try other programs–especially a disk defrag utility–if I have to worry about random program crashes.

Please tell me if it’s just me, if you know what I’m doing wrong, or if it’s a widespread problem.

Not just you, I tried it as well and it crashes quickly. Seems like alot of the apps here I have problems with. Maybe people don’t test them on systems that did not have the app on them in the first place before posting.
