Downloads systematically break at 8069 bytes, so that the downloaded .exe doesn’t work !

Is it when downloaded the application or using the application?
Else it could be an internet connection problem or a setting you must have changed.
I am using this exact version and it is working 100%

And it doesn’t even install, I tried it on 2 different PCs, each one in 2 different places with 2 different net providers.
I think there’s some kind of error in the file.
